Newburgh has its own police force, but it has no courthouse. Every Warrick County court sits at One County Square in Boonville: the Warrick Circuit Court, Warrick Superior Court No. 1 and Warrick Superior Court No. 2.
Whichever agency takes the report — the Newburgh Police Department or the Warrick County Sheriff's Office — the case leaves town. Warrick County belongs to Indiana's Judicial District 26.
Which of the three courts gets your case

Booking happens at the Warrick County Security Center, the county jail on West State Road 62, about a quarter mile east of the Boonville city limits.

Visiting afterwards runs through the jail's video visitation system on hours the Sheriff's Office sets and revises, so check its own site before planning one.
